April Farish

I have been on the governing board since September 2016. My daughter and son have both attended school, with Annabelle moving on to secondary. Annabelle and Seth are the fourth generation of the “Parker” family to attend Kirkoswald C of E School, and as a parent and ex pupil myself I wanted to be part of school life. Like my father Bob, I have lived in the village all my life, after taking two years to renovate our old house, we have started again buying our next project across the road.  Being part of the village community is a huge part of our family life, making sure our children have a nice environment to grow up in. My hobbies when not building are making various soft furnishing, up cycling furniture and walking with family and friends.
